Food & Other Requirements

We are happy to include the following with your booking:

Furniture - All necessary tables & chairs based on your final head count.

Glassware - High quality glassware for all beer and other beverages.

Service - Dedicated taproom staff to take orders and maintain the space.

Essentials - Water station, trash removal, standard lighting, use of AV equipment as needed (TV + projector)

As we are a brewery primarily, there are some services that we are not equipped to provide. These include:

Table Decor - Linens, centrepieces, and specialized lighting. Candles are not permitted.

Food Service - Our food options are limited to snacks, which also means we have an extremely limited supply of plates, cutlery, and napkins. Guests are encouraged to provide these as needed, in addition to any serving platters, chaffing dishes, cake knives, or other utensils. Sheepdog Brewing can provide cold storage upon request for cakes and food.

Setup & Teardown - While we set up our furniture, guests are responsible for setting up and clearing away their own decorations and catering.

Outside Liquor - Due to AGLC licensing, we cannot allow outside liquor.  We offer a selection of local ciders, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic products in addition to beer.

For non-private bookings, we ask that groups are on time and are aware that the space is open to the public. Please ask staff before making changes to table arrangements and room layout, and inform us if your group will be larger or smaller than anticipated, so that we can accommodate any changes.

Sheepdog Brewing reserves the right to revoke bookings for any groups that are more than 15 minutes late (for non-buyout events), that do not adhere to house rules, or for mistreatment of staff.
